Right guys, GTCC senior cricket nets start on Monday the 23rd Jan at 7pm for 2 hours at Carlton School. Hope to see a good turn out, some excting new sessions, take your game, your team (whichever one that maybe) and your club (as one) to the next level.

Our club is based at Westfield, Carr Lane - off Rutland Road, Goole and always welcomes new members. Come down to see the excellent purpose built clubhouse and see what we have to offer.
We were awarded the title of 'East Riding of Yorkshire Council Top Sports Club' in May 2011.
We have 3 senior cricket teams - the first and second teams play in the York and District Senior League on Saturday's. Our third team play in the York Vale League mainly on Sunday's but occasionally Saturday's.
We also have a Thursday evening team in the Snaith and District League.

We also run a number of junior cricket teams. Age group's range from Under 9's to Under 17's. We also have an 'Intermediate' team on some Sunday's which combines the Under 19's, Under 17's, Under 15's with a couple of senior players to help bridge the gap between junior and senior level cricket. All fixtures are included on this website.
The club have a number of high level qualified ECB coaches and in 2010 installed a state of the art, 3 bay outdoor net facility.
Junior indoor nets for 2012 are now under way at Goole Leisure Centre - please contact Steve Foster or refer to the Goole Times.

Below are summary of our Club's achievements in 2010:
The First team retained its position in the Premier league of the York Senior League. They had wins against the top teams.
The Second team were runners up in Division 4A of the York Senior League and won promotion to Division 3.
Goole Town won the Drax 20/20 Knock out competition and the Snaith Evening league knock out shield.
A second under 9’s team was formed and entered the Doncaster junior league.
The under 17’s team won the Doncaster junior league knock out cup.
The under 11’s team won the Doncaster league knock out plate.
6 junior boys and 1 junior girl went on the YCB ‘pathways to excellence’ scheme.
2 boys played for the East Yorkshire under 17’s team with 1 captaining the side.
1 boy played for South Yorkshire under 11’s.
1 girl played for East Yorkshire under 13’s.
5 coaches passed their level 1 cricket coaching course this year.
5 coaches passed their Level 2 course this year.
1 coach passed his Level 3 course this year.
The Club took part in the ECB ‘Chance 2 Shine’ scheme providing cricket coaching in local schools.
The Club staged the York Senior League Readman Cup final.
The Club staged regional junior representative games.
The Club successfully re-accredited its Clubmark award and its ERCAS level 2 award.
